The name ejunto is is a modern version of Benjamin Franklin's Junto society. Formed in 1727 in Philadelphia, Junto was an early American society that met weekly to discuss their readings and research for mutual improvement.
junto.org is an electronic model of Franklin's original Junto Society. Founded in the spring of 2005 by former National Park Service Ranger Andrew Julow, Junto's brings high quality historical and philosophical audiobooks to the public domain.
